“The Amendment, as written, is well thought out and leaves little if nothing to interpretation. Limiting/Stopping judicial overreach is required for an Amendment to be effective. I appreciate the time and effort put into crafting an Amendment that is non-partisan...the Constitution of the United States cannot be a partisan document. I anticipate a lot of pushbacks from our congressional leaders since there is an accountability clause, but this is a great first step.”
